From the outside in, Solara Surfside blends with the local Art Deco architecture. The pale blue and green exterior with white accent design reflects the hues of the ocean, and the dramatic night lighting, punctuated by tropical palms, is a spectacular sight. Once you step inside the lobby with its oak walls, marble counters and decorative tile floor, you’ll know you’re someplace special. Resort accommodations include spacious 1-bedroom suites and 2-bedroom deluxe and oceanview suites that can sleep from 4 to 8 guests. Each features all the comforts of home, including full kitchens and baths, master bedrooms and separate living and dining areas. Most also feature one or two balconies, perfect for working on your tan or surveying the beach below.

From the moment you arrive at Solara Surfside, you can relax in comfort and convenience. Resort staff will pamper and spoil you with attention and service. Valet service will park your car, and the concierge will assist you with all your vacation needs. they can arrange a variety of tours for you, from water taxis to the Everglades to viewing celebrity homes. They'll even do your grocery shopping prior to your arrival!

With miles of golden beaches and the inviting Atlantic Ocean, as well as a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and beach volleyball, there’s plenty to do at the resort, but you won’t want to miss everything nearby Miami and South Beach have to offer, including sightseeing, shopping dining, exciting nightlife and so much more!

Parking:
STRICT GUIDELINE: Parking is very limited. One vehicle allowed per unit. Larger vehicles such as trucks and SUVs cannot be accommodated. Current pricing: Owners 1 vehicle per reservation $20.00 per day. On the rare occasion that more space is available, a second vehicle is $30 per day per reservation. Metered street parking is also available.
Day use policy:

Club owners not staying at the resort must call 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use.

First priority given to resort occupants. Day Use is not available July and August through September 2nd, 2024. There may be other blackout dates due to high demand. 6 person limit..

Deposit required:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. No cash.
Construction:
Pool and spa are closed until further notice due to construction. Please expect associated noise, equipment, and work.
Other Notes:
Unit views and balconies are never guaranteed.
